These classes offer structured sessions with personalized coaching focused on refining technique, building endurance, and increasing strength. Whether preparing for competition or aiming for fitness, squad classes provide the perfect environment for swimmers to challenge themselves and reach their goals.

Mini Squad
For: Swimmers who have completed Learn to Swim and are new to squad training.
Focus:
- Introduction to squad structure and etiquette
- Basic stroke correction (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke)
- Learning to use swim equipment (kickboard, pull buoy)
- Introductory sets for endurance and pacing
- Basic dives and turns

Junior Squad
For: Swimmers with a solid foundation in all strokes are beginning to train more seriously.

- Stroke refinement across all four strokes
- Improving stamina and swim technique under fatigue
- Introduction to race skills (starts, turns, finishes)
